2. Acceptance of the Offer

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The Contractor undertakes to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of Customer data;
- Provide the Customer with a report upon completion of services.
3.2. The Customer undertakes to:
- Provide all necessary information for the proper provision of services;
- Pay for the services in a timely manner;
- Use the received materials only for personal/business purposes and not distribute them to third parties.
4. Cost and Payment Terms
4.1. The cost of services is determined by the selected service package on the Contractor’s website.
4.2. Payment is made via the payment methods available on the website.
4.3. The Contractor has the right to change the cost of services unilaterally without affecting services already paid for.
5. Liability
5.1. The Contractor is not responsible for the Customer’s failure to achieve expected results from the provided services.
5.2. In case of force majeure circumstances, the parties are released from liability for failure to fulfill obligations.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. The Contractor guarantees that all information received from the Customer will not be disclosed to third parties without the Customer’s consent.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. All disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If the parties fail to reach an agreement, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws.
8. Final Provisions
8.1. The Contractor has the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally. The updated version is published on the website and takes effect from the moment of publication.
8.2. By accepting this offer, the Customer confirms that they have read and agreed to all terms of this Agreement.
